Michael Ash
I love aviation. There is something special about being involved in a small community of pilots, aircraft owners, and students. My background includes a degree in Unmanned Aircraft Systems and Aviation Management from LeTourneau University. I led a team of specialists collecting LiDAR and Photogrammetry for surveying/mapping using UAS for 3 years, and am enjoying continuing my career as a pilot and instructor. One of my dreams is to build a network of professionals who strive for safety, efficiency, and customer care.

Darrell Ash
Darrell has had an inspiring career as a pilot. He attended Moody Bible Institute, where he trained as a missionary pilot. He served the people and missionaries in Indonesia, providing supplies, medevac, and transportation with Mission Aviation Fellowship. After a decade overseas, health complications brought us back to the States. He was then on loan to LeTourneau University for 13 years, specializing in teaching mission aviation students. He is now a Phenom 300 PIC for AirShare, as he had “Enough time in slow aircraft”. Darrell inspires us to strive for continuous improvement. He sets his personal standards at perfection, so he always has notes for himself and others in every debrief. While he was not an easy instructor, Matthew and I count ourselves blessed for having an instructor who was not satisfied with “Good enough” in our training. Darrell taught Matthew and I how to work on cars, complete DIY projects, and, most importantly, how to treat others with fairness and respect.
